**About You**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SECURITY**
- Demonstrate understanding of business processes, risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Lead Trufla’s efforts to become and operate as SOC 2 compliant, and work towards ISO 27001 certification
- Assist with performing capability assessments, developing best practice recommendations and pragmatic remediation strategies
- Lead our regular PEN testing on our software and infrastructure, performed at a minimum annually
- Identify/evaluate business and technology risks
- Design and implement appropriate controls, technologies, and processes to adequately mitigate risks and provide demonstrable value to the organization
- Work with the team to create the policies and procedures required to govern Trufla’s security and privacy standards
- Employ a structured approach to project delivery to ensure successful completion and communications
- Conduct research to maintain and expand knowledge on the latest security technologies and standards, as well as the threat and vulnerability landscape
- Work with security vendors to understand their solution offerings and advise on appropriate technologies
- Respond to security questionnaires required by our clients and partners
- Lead regular disaster recovery readiness tests to prepare the organization for a variety of potential “real world” risks
- Participate in the development and delivery of cyber security training and testing programs for individuals operating in the organization
- Review security-related events, assessing risk and validity, as well as reporting
- Work with the Trufla Comms team to support internal security and privacy communications

**IT SUPPORT**
- Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex workstation problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software, including telephony equipment in order to deliver required service levels
- Manage the infrastructure for office connectivity and security, including items like our internet connections and firewalls
- Collaborate with IT Team members to ensure efficient operation of the company’s computing environment
- Answer to and perform move, add and change (MAC) requests as they are submitted by line managers and coordinated by system administrators
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring workstation operations
- Accurately document instances of computer and/or telephone equipment for component failure, repair, installation, and removal
