**WE ARE SHAPING THE NEXT GENERATION**

First Capital’s Intern Program gives young professionals access to enriching opportunities to start and accelerate their careers. Our program is uniquely hands-on, allowing Interns to work alongside our leaders on exciting new projects and strategies. In addition to day-to-day projects, Interns will have access to a series of learning and networking events, mentorship sessions, an end of term Capstone Project, and much more. Our goal is to leave all our program graduates with a full, 360 understanding of our business.

As Real Estate Services (RES) Intern, you will report to the Senior Director, Leasing and will provide support to our Leasing team with respect to transactional data entry, preparation of leasing documentation, performance reports, marketing materials, and overall analysis for various properties and special projects.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Assist in the preparation of leasing documentation (LOI/LEL).
- Provide leasing support (VTS Real Estate Platform).
- Conduct real estate market research/prospect for new deals.
- Assist with website/Property Capsule updates in collaboration with National Marketing.
- Input budget/reforecast assumptions.
- Attend possession meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing general correspondence.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, and take on other duties.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Real Estate, Commerce, Business, or Finance.
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career within commercial real estate.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate across all levels both within and outside of First Capital.
- You demonstrate outstanding organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- As a self-starter, you have a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment and are eager to grow your exposure to new technology and processes, taking any opportunity to acquire new skills
- You have strong computer skills, including an excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
