Nishnawbe-Aski Legal Services Corporation is presently recruiting for a
**RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PRE-CHARGE WORKER**:
- Timmins, Thunder Bay, Sioux Lookout or Kenora, ON_
Under the Restorative Justice Initiative, the Pre-Charge Worker will be responsible for delivering and reporting on the implementation and progress of the initiative in the target communities funded under the project.
**Qualifications**:
- This position requires at a minimum a secondary school diploma with related work experience.
- This individual should have great public speaking skills as they will be presenting information to stakeholders within their designated communities.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- The Restorative Justice Pre-Charge Worker should have some experience or understanding of Restorative Justice and be able to discuss the pre-charge program with individuals in a law related capacity.
- Experience working with NAN and in First Nation Communities
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Software, internet, and general office equipment
- Ability to speak Cree, Oji-Cree, or Ojibway an asset.

**Hours**: Full Time (35 Hours Per Week)
