**(3) COMMUNITY JUSTICE SUPPORT WORKERS**

(Term Contract - Ending March 31, 2025)
- Thunder Bay, Sioux Lookout, Timmins, ON_

The Community Justice Support Worker will work closely with the satellite fly-in court project team to provide administrative support where needed. The Community Justice Support Worker will also be responsible for providing support to the Community Justice Navigators located in the NAN Communities and Community Justice Coordinators.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma, certification would be considered an asset
- Direct work experience in an administrative coordination capacity
- Able to write and format correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
- Records maintenance skills with ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases
- Excellent telephone manners and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
- Working knowledge of Cree, Ojibway or Oji-cree language is an asset

**Location**: Thunder Bay, Sioux Lookout, Timmins, ON
**Hours**: Full Time - Contract (35 Hours Per Week)
**Salary**: In accordance with established pay grid and commensurate with education/experience
