Office Administrator

We looking to hire an individual who fulfils the following criteria:
Organizational skills to assist multiple staff and support the smooth running of our office with a positive, welcoming environment.
Be detail oriented with ability to take initiative and wear multiple hats.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities of tasks.
Maintain efficient filing systems for documents.
Support the planning of and preparation for team and client events.
General maintenance and upkeep of the office space and supplies and adhoc running errands outside the office.
Speak fluent English and have business English skills for creating correspondence, presentations, documents and reports.
Strong computer literacy including ability to interact on social media.
1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional after
- hours work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
