On the Consumer and Small business team you’ll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel & Partner Collaboration**:

- Work closely with national account partners and owned channel teams to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of each retail channel.

**Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Create channel-specific marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing in-store presence, increasing customer engagement, and driving AGA growth. Leverage consumer insights and sales trends to shape impactful programs.

**Data Analysis & Channel Insights**:

- Analyze sales performance, campaign results, and channel-specific trends to uncover insights and optimize marketing efforts. Understand the unique drivers behind performance in each retail partner and recommend targeted actions.

**Quarterly Planning & Leadership Presentations**:

- Contribute to quarterly marketing planning by identifying and proposing key initiatives aligned with business goals. Present upcoming marketing strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

**Special Projects & Cross-Functional Work**:

- Support the Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile prepaid business through ad-hoc and strategic projects. This may include project managing pilot programs, working with IT teams, and exploring new ways to drive channel adoption and expansion.

**Customer Segmentation & Messaging**:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles within each channel. Tailor messaging and promotional strategies to effectively resonate with the intended audience and drive conversions.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- 3+ years marketing experience, business analyst, telecommunications experience and/or university degree an asset
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with retail marketing or channel marketing preferred
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to leadership
- Collaborative and organized with solid project management capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for understanding customer behavior and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly
