Production/large Format Operator

This hourly position requires flexibility with weekends, overtime and shift work. You must thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects within a corporate setting.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Installing Vinyl on substrates.
- Cut and finish paper products into final size.
- Prepare printed documents for delivery to Canada Post.
- Utilize work in process system to ensure proper file management and linkage of graphics within document.
- Takes ownership, leads initiatives and successfully executes through all stages of production development.
- Understands the client’s needs and methodology.
- Manage job status and hourly tracking
- Interact with Customer or Account Manager as needed regarding customer requirements and expectations.
- Communicates effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- 1+ years of experience in Large Format production.
- Experience in installing vinyl onsite and/or on vehicles.
- 1+ years of Catalog and or Direct Mail experience
- Excellent organization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in a team environment.
- Understanding of layout and complex printing requirements.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility
- Must possess the ability to produce independently in a team environment.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in any given publication or document.
- Good trouble shooting knowledge.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in any given publication or document.
- The ability to follow procedural guidelines (workflows, style guides, checklists).
