**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various tasks.
- Assist in building structures
- Participate in paving activities, ensuring proper techniques are followed for quality results.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

**Experience**

Asphaltexperience

**Most have**experience **with Paving**bobcat **paver and a driver**license
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a most
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the job site.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction and maintenance work.
