**Snow Removal Crew Member**

**Overview**
We’re looking for dedicated **Snow Removal Crew Members** to join our landscape maintenance team. This role plays a vital part in keeping our community safe and accessible during the winter months by efficiently removing snow and ice from commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow removal equipment including **skid steers, truck plows, trailers, snow blowers, backpack blowers, shovels**, and other tools to clear sidewalks and parking lots
- Perform **basic maintenance and servicing** of snow removal equipment
- Follow all **safety protocols** to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License**:

- **Reliable transportation** to and from work
- **Flexible availability**, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on snowfall
- **Dependable, punctual**, and able to work in a team environment
- **Physically fit** and able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to work **independently** with mínimal supervision

**Experience**
- Knowledge of **hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment** is an asset
- Experience operating **skid steers or other machinery** is beneficial but not required
