**Position Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic Snow Shovelers and Snow Blower Operators to join our snow removal team. In these roles, you will be responsible for clearing snow from designated areas to maintain safety and accessibility. This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Snow Shoveler**:
- Manually shovel snow from driveways, sidewalks, and walkways.
- Ensure thorough and efficient snow removal, addressing all specified areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
**Snow Blower Operator**:
- Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment safely and effectively.
- Clear snow from large areas, including driveways, and sidewalks.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in snow removal or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in harsh winter conditions, including cold temperatures and snow.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Having a truck or vehicle for transportation in the winter

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 45 per week
