**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE**

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our team for a rewarding full time career opportunity. You will be responsible for a variety of AP duties where you will work in a team and directly reporting to the Accounting Manager.

**Summary of Role**:

- Responsible for the full cycle Accounts Payable process
- Ensure timely and accurate matching of trade vendors’ paperwork; review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payments
- Review AP entries and follow accounting procedures
- Process timely payments to vendors
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions, resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain files and documentation
- Timely correspondence with vendors regarding payment notifications

**Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail is important
- Professional attitude, reliable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced high volume team environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $34,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
