**About the Position**

The LivingWorks Support Specialist will support the Development pillar's revenue and customer service objectives

for client meetings to represent organizational knowledge and the interests and requirements of LivingWorks'
internal stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**

Proposal and Grant Administrative Support
- Write client proposals in response to RFPs or to support Development initiatives;
- Develop an efficient process to increase capacity for proposal writing, such as templates;
- Hold the Development Team accountable for established proposal processes;
- Monitor grant and RFP availabilities to ensure Development utilizes or leverages these opportunities;
- LivingWorks;- Process accreditation submissions, e.g., NESA, SPA, NCOA (US Aging register) ;
- Provide input and create tools to support participant and customer engagement and completion of training
- (e.g., LW Faith participant debriefs/round tables);- Respond to or connect customers and pillar requests with information on the LivingWorks evidence base;
- Continuing Education Units administrative support as needed.

Business Development Support
- Participate in early-stage client meetings to aid in shaping contracts as the grants and proposals specialist;
- Support for Development in related discussions with LivingWorks program providers;
- stakeholders;- Support asset creation (e.g., flyers, summary sheets) for specific groups to ensure various demographic
- “Communities of Practice” needs are met (in alignment with Innovation's requirements) ;- Support LivingWorks customers to implement evaluation and/or research initiatives.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field;
- Experience with Suicide Prevention, Mental Health, or a non-for-profit;
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar administrative/support role.

**Competencies and Attributes**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
