Work Location
ara Shoes head office is located at 77 rue Jean Proulx in Gatineau, Quebec.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry for previous days payments
- Follow ups with delinquent accounts
- Take payments from retailers
- Review and update credit limits
- Creation of new accounts in our systems
- Perform reconciliation work with customers
- Help with month end processes
- Attend meetings for AR purposes
- Monitor/Approve incoming orders
- Bilingual required (English and French)
- Able to work at the Gatineau Office
- A Self-Starter who is detailed by nature and has experience working unsupervised, as well as in a team environment
- Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy slant towards Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Google Drive/Cloud Storage experience and connected programs (Google sheets, docs, sites, etc.)
- Have significant interpersonal and problem-solving skills, confidence and maturity, and a willingness to learn and to pitch in where needed
- Willingness to travel for credit association meetings up to twice a year.

Computer skills
Versatile/experienced in Microsoft Office

Experience
Customer Service: minimum 1 year essential
Accounting: Would be an asset

Language
English (fluent) French (conversational)

Education
Secondary School required
College or University not essential

Compensation
This position comes with a starting annual salary of $39,000 with a possibility of annual bonuses, advancement and growth opportunities.
