**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

**About Mica Technologies**

**Mica Technologies** is the dedicated product sales branch of **Mica Controls**, supplying a broad range of **instrumentation, controls, and process automation** solutions from trusted vendors to clients across various industrial sectors. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an **Order Administrator** to join our team in **NE Calgary**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing & Invoicing**
Accurately process customer orders, generate invoices, and maintain organized records.
- **Shipping & Receiving**
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- **Purchasing**
Assist in procuring products from our vendors to ensure timely order fulfillments.
- **Inventory Control**
Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain documentation.
- **Administrative Support**
Manage phone inquiries, provide general office assistance, and handle routine clerical tasks.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Experience**
Previous administrative or order-processing experience is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**
Proficiency within Microsoft Windows and Office 365; and an ability to learn new software quickly. Experience within NetSuite is an asset.
- **Office Equipment**
Familiarity with printers, photocopiers, and scanners.
- **Communication**
Strong written and verbal communication; a customer service-oriented mindset.
- **Physical Requirements**
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of shipping and receiving duties.
