**The Opportunity**

As our new Demand Planner, you will be directly accountable for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the demand plan for Nature's Touch as a whole and will work with the sales teams to align on a rolling forecast that drives procurement and production planning.

**The Role**
- Lead the development of monthly statistically trended base demand for Supply Chain and Sales while integrating forward-looking building block assumptions, e.g. category growth, seasonality, promotions, price changes, cross customer leakage, SKU cannibalization, product discontinuations, etc.
- Work with KAMs to gain the latest trade insights that could impact the forecast
- Continuously improve forecasts through evaluation of promotional activity, customer inventory changes, consumptions trends, category trends, or extended service level impacts.
- Be fully versatile on explaining/documenting the Consensus Demand
- Lead the Pre-Demand Management review and facilitate monthly consensus with the Sales and planning teams to provide insight and analysis to ensure the accuracy of the SKU level forecast
- Prepare, monitor and publish forecast KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Oversee the Embedded Analyst and their monthly deliverables with the customer.

**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary education with knowledge of food processing and distribution
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in demand planning
- Proficiency in Supply Chain concepts
- Bilingualism: English and French. Fluency in English is necessary to communicate effectively with stakeholders in North America
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and impact others at various levels within the organization to achieve results
- Being comfortable working in a plant environment
- Adaptability with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving multiple, tight and changing priorities
- Ability to conduct mínimal travel
- Being comfortable with light physical exertion
- Ability to work off shifts inclusive of on-call support, evenings and weekends
