En tant que Planificateur de la demande, vous serez responsable de gérer la demande des clients canadiens pour un portefeuille de produits et de clients. Vous utiliserez l’analyse des données historiques, les données des clients, les tendances du marché et travaillerez de manière multifonctionnelle pour développer un plan de demande précis pour l’organisation.

Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de ventes internes pour vous assurer que toutes les promotions et nouvelles initiatives commerciales sont prises en compte dans le plan de demande. Le plan de demande final sera utilisé pour supporter la production et la planification des inventaires, tout en contribuant au niveau de service de la clientèle et en réduisant les pertes de produits en support à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’organisation.

Principales responsabilités:

- Développer et maintenir un plan de demande roulant sur 18-24 mois, documenter les hypothèses intégrées au plan;
- Diriger régulièrement des rencontres de révision des prévisions avec les équipes de ventes internes pour s’aligner sur le plan de la demande future;
- Participer régulièrement à des rencontres de révision de la demande avec nos partenaires multi-fonctionnels;
- Soulever les problèmes de demandes de manière constructive et escalader si nécessaire;
- Fournir in aperçu des causes d’erreurs de prévisions, tout en mettant en œuvre des solutions pour favoriser l’amélioration continue;
- Améliorer le processus de prévisions grâce à une analyse rigoureuse des données historiques et une connaissance approfondie du marché, en modifiant le modèle de prévision pour atteindre les objectifs de l’organisation au besoin;
- Suivre et analyser les KPIs (indicateurs clés de performance). Mettre en œuvre et recommander des actions pour améliorer les meilleures pratiques au sein de l’équipe

Education and Experience
- Détenir un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (Ingénérie, Mathématiques, Gestion des affaires, Chaine d’approvisionnement );
- Certification en prévision/approvisionnement serait considéré comme un atout (ex. IBF, APICS);
- Deux ans et plus d’expérience pertinente en planification de la demande et/ou chaine d’approvisionnement;
- Excellente maitrise de MS Excel
- Expérience dans l’industrie manufacturière un atout;
- Anglais écrit et parlé;
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à surmonter des situations difficiles;
- Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite), capacité à travailler dans un environnement multi-disciplinaire
