We are actively hiring Sales and Customer Service Associates as we anticipate to launch new locations and double and triple in size within the next few years We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and is committed to helping our customers find the best solutions for their needs. **Responsibilities**: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain relationships with customers. - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions **Qualifications**: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor - Highly motivated, organized, and punctual **Skills**: - Adaptability - Strategic and Critical Thinking - Time Management - Organization - Communication - Leadership - Active Listening - Problem Solving - Maintain Personal Hygiene Please note that this is a **full-time** position.
