We’re currently seeking Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. These roles are crucial to providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our ongoing success. **The Role**:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational abilities will be essential to your success in this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate product information
- Managing customer orders and ensuring data accuracy
- Professionally resolving complaints and issues
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Staying informed about company products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
