We’re currently seeking Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. These roles are crucial to providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our ongoing success. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service, we’d love to have you on board

**The Role**:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational abilities will be essential to your success in this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate product information
- Managing customer orders and ensuring data accuracy
- Professionally resolving complaints and issues
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Staying informed about company products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
