**Job Description**:
**Meet our team**:
The OCIO Operations Performance team is chartered to create actionable and innovative financial analysis and reporting for the BITS organization to drive day to day operations and long-term investment strategies.
**Your way to impact**:
- You will play a direct role in influencing the BITS’s Organization cost structure and set up the business for sustainable success driving efficiency through out.
- You will be a critical resource to the Sr Director and Director of the OCIO Ops Performance team partnering with the FP&A to set the tone and influence the approach to cost and resource management.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Drive annual and quarterly strategic financial planning for the business, aligning executives on goals, targets, and KPIs.
- Build financial models and business cases inclusive of post valuations of ROI achievement.
- Provide transparency to cost metrics/drivers.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities and dependencies to build a comprehensive long term financial plan driving the best business value.
- Help manage the OKR process, syncing with division heads and initiative owners on a regular basis.
- Be a trusted business partner to ensure departments and leaders are set up for success by driving accountability with metrics and analytical support.
- Analyze large amounts of information quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations.
- Closely partner with the Director and Sr. Director of Operations to identify areas for improvement to drive costs down and optimize process efficiencies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and indicators in support of short and long-term goals/KPIs
**What you need to bring**
- Experience building BI dashboards
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with complex financial modeling, analyzing and forecasting variables and key trends and building driver-based forecasting models.
- Results/outcomes-oriented approach while continuously driving process efficiency.
- Ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally with people across Finance, Engineering, HR, and other Operations teams to optimize processes.
- Proven people manager experience in leading and developing a high-performance team of finance managers and analysts.
