As an iPhone Repair Technician you will help guide retail clients, professional clients, and small/medium business owners through their technology repair, replacement and education experience. You believe in building relationships, and take pride in being the person that your clients call when they need a new product, or advice on solving a problem.

You are an expert at putting together technology and service solutions to help your clients succeed. You should be comfortable with many lines of products including; computers, mobile phones, tablets, printers, networking technology, monitors, and premium accessories.

**Experience**:

- Apple Watch Ownership: 5 years (preferred)

- iPhone Ownership: 5 years (required)
