We’re looking for a Billing Representative to join our dynamic courier and transportation team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability role and love using your billing, administrative, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations—we want to hear from you
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue invoices for customers and drivers, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Verify order adjustments and investigate discrepancies in billing records or claims
- Handle customer credits, settlements, and track time-sensitive delivery charges
- Stand firm when resolving billing disputes—using accurate records and data
- Use (and quickly learn) courier tracking software and tools to investigate and verify delivery data
- Support our outsourced accounting firm with timely documentation and billing updates
- Format and manage Excel spreadsheets using formulas for billing, adjustments, and delivery logs
- Assist with general office and customer service tasks as needed, including reception and file organization

**What are we looking for**: - Post-secondary education in accounting or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role is required (warehouse and logistics experience is an asset)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of billing, invoicing, and administrative experience (transportation, dispatch or logistics)
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skill which emphasis on time calculation
- Strong Excel skills—must be comfortable with formulas, formatting, and data organization
- Ability to navigate or quickly learn industry-specific software (e.g., Dispatch Science, Geotab)
- Confident when defending billing accuracy and resolving disputes
- Knowledge of transportation billing structures (e.g., per kilometer, zone-based pricing, fuel charges, etc.) is an asset
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
