Job Summary
The Employee Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting P&C Business Partners and managers by understanding and anticipating business needs, providing insights, and ensuring that our practices align with our company and P&C vision and values. This role is responsible for fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

What you will do?
**Support to P&C Business Partners and Managers**:
- Provide timely responses to employee inquiries within 24 hours.
- Maintain professional working boundaries with employees.
- Ensure centralization of all employee perks and benefits.
- Manage the Montreal office, including mail, stock, maintenance, events, client needs, and ordering food for onsite meetings.
- Own the People & Culture employee-facing calendar.
**Manage Information Accurately**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring Dayforce processes and workflows run smoothly.
- Handle escalated issues for HRIS and other systems.
- Assist as a secondary contact in data entry for payroll processing.
- Complete confidential employment verifications for ex-employees.
**Main Point of Contact for Employees**:
- Monitor the P&C inbox and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the P&C Coordinator to store and relay employee feedback in a timely manner.
- Manage onboardings, offboardings, terminations, talent acquisition, employee questions, stay and exit interviews, and internal client relationships.
**Communicate and Distribute Information**:
- Update and monitor the organization's communication calendar, ensuring timely reminders are sent for processes and collecting feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French-language translations.
- Send communications from the P&C team.
- Align communications with internal branding standards and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure marketing branding is up to date.
- Assist P&C Business Partners with audits in Quebec.
What you will bring?
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience.
- CHRA/CHRP designation is an asset.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience processing payroll.
- Working knowledge of Dayforce or other HRIS.
- Bilingualism (English-French) - verbal and written.
