**Position Title**: Garden Maintenance Crew

**Position Type**: Full-time or Casual

**Description of Duties**:

- Interact with customers in a professional manner and ensure their requests are met
- Professionally represent the Costa Verde brand and help promote a strong company culture
- Diligently perform the daily tasks required in the Maintenance Division: turf management, mowing, edging, weeding, leaf and debris cleanup, pruning, plant health and ID, installation of soils and mulches, etc
- Adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment including mowers, string trimmer, hedgers, pruner, loppers, etc
- Maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness of both project sites and company vehicles
- Submit daily project reports
- Work safely and in a responsible manner at all times

**Who Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for someone who has a passion for gardening. This person will definitely not be a “passenger” on our ship, but instead we want someone who loves being the physical engine that helps drive production everyday. This person is eager to learn and is able to take their newly developed skills and experience to deliver quality work. They also have a track record of being a great coworker and someone that people respect

**Skills and requirements**:

- A positive can-do attitude
- Possess tenacity and an ability to maintain a strong physical pace for 8 hour days
- Must be honest, responsible and a responsive communicator
- A passion for the outdoors and working outside
- Previous experience from the industry or similar field
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Smartphone with data for team communications
- Personal PPE including steel toe boots and rain gear
- While experience is important we put a lot of effort into finding someone with the personality traits that will enable them to be successful in the role_

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
