Business Coach/consultant, Optometry Practices

We are seeking an experienced professional in the optometry/optical space to be an **Optometry** **Practice Business Coach/Consultant** in support of our client practices located in southern Ontario. This role focuses on coaching and advising business owners to improve their sales, practice performance, and operational efficiency. The Business Coach/Consultant will work closely with optometric practice owners to identify opportunities for growth, streamline processes, and achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with optometry practice owners to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide coaching and support to optimize operations and improve patient experiences and overall customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver training programs focused on industry best practices and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

**Qualifications**:
- Seasoned individual with 5-10 years of experience in improving eyecare practice performance.
- Proven ability to improve business performance through coaching, consulting and strategy development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to focus and navigate complex situations effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Background studies in Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant (CCOA), Optometry, Opticianry, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with small businesses and an understanding of the challenges faces by small business owners
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
