Operations Manages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, adapting seamlessly and proactively to business needs. Demonstrates strong business acumen and maintains strong communication with supervisors. Maintains interior and exterior upkeep of the building in partnership with the corporate office. Uses retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions. Adheres to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and Operations procedures. Leverages Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building, clienteling, sales, and achieving individual and team goals. Works with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and improve productive functions. Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards. Sales Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with Company priorities and values. Endorses, models, and develops team to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations. Enforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories. Works with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and personalize selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results. Leverages floor supervisor assignment responsibilities to deliver strong metrics and remains results‑driven through team selling and multi‑customer engagement. Holds sales team accountable for personal sales and maximizes clienteling strategy in partnership with the Store Manager(s). Builds credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor. Creates positive impressions with store team and customers by presenting best self in business attire in line with Coach's Guide to Style. Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall, driving brand loyalty and business through events and local initiatives. Adapts approach based on customer and team cues, resolving issues in a solution‑oriented, forward‑thinking manner. Develops self and product knowledge, stays aware of current collections, and understands the positive sales impact of staffing. Coaches, develops, and motivates the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals, delegate, empower, and encourage growth. Welcomes feedback, adapts behaviors, sets short‑ and long‑term goals, and provides constructive feedback to store managers. Additional Requirements Experience – 1–3 years of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales) preferably in a luxury retail environment. Education – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical – Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie‑talkie use, and reading product sheets. Physical – Ability to work fast, communicate effectively, maneuver sales floor and stock rooms, lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs when necessary. Work Setup Base pay range: $22 to $25 per hour. Tapestry complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
