At Surgenor Automotive group we drive success by connecting customers with top-quality vehicles and exceptional service. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales BDC Representative to engage prospects, schedule appointments, and support our sales team.

As a Sales BDC Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your role is to manage inbound inquiries, conduct follow-up communications, and convert leads into appointments to boost dealership sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers to provide information and answer questions
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer experiences

**Qualifications**:

- Fluently bilingual in French is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
