**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director HR, Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives, this is an exciting role that requires strategic oversight of M&A activities. This position will be involved in integration related activities from due diligence through to harmonization. The **Lead HR Operations Analyst** will require strong business acumen to partner with business leaders across HR including regional HRBP’s, Total Rewards, and HRSS to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement with an M&A focus.

This role provides the opportunity to participate in the design and execution of strategic and transformational HR initiatives. This requires experience and a strong demonstration of project management skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to understand business priorities, execute HR projects while maintaining a positive employee experience.

**You Are Great At**
- Working closely with business units, functional leaders, and senior management to provide analysis of acquisition opportunities -including but not limited to conducting research, compiling statistics and prepare analysis.
- Building positive relationships with internal customers and Acquisitions; develop rapport with stakeholder areas across the organization.
- Regularly communicating and collaborating with Acquisitions to ensure data integrity.
- Identifying and correcting data feed/links and data quality issues.
- Setting up standard report templates & cadence, working with stakeholders to establish needs based on specific acquisition etc.
- Providing analytical support and coordinating activities for conducting due diligence.
- Developing clear presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations for decision makers.
- Participating in monthly and quarterly reporting of financial results for past acquisitions.
- Assisting in development of HR strategy materials.
- Assisting in the research and/or analysis of ad-hoc requests.
- Synthesizing and communicating due diligence findings; quantifying areas of risk, dependency, and opportunity in partnership with HR COEs.

**What It Takes**
- 10+ years’ directly related work experience in a HR, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders
- 5+ year’s executing in an HR Data Analytics role
- Global HR support experience strongly desired particularly for EMEA and North America
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion
- High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude.
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize issues for appropriate escalation.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and documentation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of HR processes
- Conveying a high level of personal integrity and a passion for excellence you must be able to operate under mínimal supervision with autonomy and judgment for independent actions
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
- Strong analytical skills: solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyse situations and provide practical recommendations
- Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet challenges and changes in business needs
- Ability to travel; Must be flexible to work extended hours, frequently evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines hours, frequently evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines.
