**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, printing and filing of invoices
- Efficiently managing of accounts payable including matching, verify coding and posting of invoices into our ERP system
- Printing all utility invoices from applicable websites, in a timely manner
- Review and entry of credit card statements
- Coordinating our two monthly payments runs, ensuring payments are planned and organized based on payment terms, and other criteria as applicable
- Input payments into our online banking platform or running cheques through our ERP system
- Preparing and providing remittance information to suppliers. Answering inquiries from suppliers and communicating in professional manner.
- Reconciliation and entry of Customer Receivables into our ERP system
- Supporting month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and close unmatched purchase orders
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Other duties as required
- Support other departments as require
**Skills**
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint programs)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent ‘soft skills’
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization with professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
**Qualifications**
Diploma or degree in business, human resources or a related field is an asset but not necessary
