**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate activities and report any issues, problems, risk or point of attention for proper resolution/escalation.
- Administer end user accounts maintenance, permissions, access rights, in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure security policies are followed to be in compliance with security audits from Central IT
- Follow procedures and policies for software administration defined by the IT Department

**Competencies**:

- Previous experience with use of an ITSM (TOPdesk, ServiceNOW) is an asset
- CompTIA A+ certification is required, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, certifications are an asset
- Dynamic team player with a positive attitude
- You are able to effectively communicate detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner
- You are self-motivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
- Fully proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite
