**Position Summary**

As a project coordinator, you will assist the Director of Redevelopment in planning, organizing, and executing various initiatives. You will manage timelines, oversee administrative tasks, and collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet the milestones and deliverables.

This role requires effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to utilize project management tools to track the progress of projects and to handle integrations. By supporting project life cycles from initiation to completion, you will contribute to the success of the projects.

The hospital is currently seeking a permanent Full-time Project Coordinator to join their team.

Effective Date: July 28, 2025

**Essential Qualifications**
- College diploma in a related field
- Project Management designation or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of experience with project management, project coordination and control with complex systems development projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK) and guidelines and information management best practices
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency - strong Word and Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams to execute and drive improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills - oral, written and non-verbal
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated sound judgment, tact, initiative and creativity in planning
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated analytical/critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Change Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Change Management designation
- Recent experience with project management software and scheduling tools
- Healthcare experience

**Hours of Work**

Currently must be available to work eight (8) hour day shifts Monday to Friday. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental/project requirements.
