**Position Summary**

The Environmental Services Department is currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time RMH/MMC Coordinator team member.

Effective Date: February 10, 2025

Key Duties:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the Hospital’s contracting requirements are identified and being addressed.
- Coordinate with Mohawk Medbuy Senior Category Managers to ensure the Hospital’s sourcing requirements are identified and being addressed.
- Work effectively with Mohawk Medbuy service leaders to ensure services are effectively delivered, issues and opportunities addressed.
- Maintain McKesson Approval Paths in accordance with Approval Authorization Policy.
- Mohawk Medbuy point of contact for any queries on Non PO Report.
- Review Discrepant Invoice and Pending Receipts Report, working to resolution.
- Review Aged Received PO’s to troubleshoot reason for aging.
- Set up new vendors/staff in Mohawk Medbuy systems (Vendor Add Form).
- Initiate and approve IT access to Mohawk Medbuy systems which requires a secondary approval by Finance.
- Provide education on completing requisitions, payment requests and general system use.
- Monitor/manage maintenance service contracts to ensure renewals/discontinuations are taking place.
- Process Cardinal JIT Line Fees monthly through Mohawk Medbuy systems.

**Department/Unit/Program Description**

As a Ross Memorial Hospital team member, the RMH/MMC Coordinator will report to the Manager of Environmental Services. They will serve as the Hospital’s primary point of contact for Mohawk Medbuy services providing direction where needed.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Expertise using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a complex purchasing/logistics environment with a solid understanding of supply chain models and practices
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of professional, technical, clerical and service personnel to provide a high level of customer service
- Proven ability in the understanding and implementation of the BPS Directive, following all processes accurately and ethically
- Proven project management skills with the ability to effectively develop and implement improvement strategies, organize, control and coordinate a variety of activities in a fast paced environment
- Experience with McKesson Fiscal Management and McKesson Supply Chain Management Systems
- Must be able to fulfill physical requirements of the job, as per the current Physical Demands Analysis

**Preferred Qualifications**
- University degree in a relevant field and/or purchasing certification or equivalent (i.e. HSCN/Schulich program certification)
- Experience in a supply chain shared services or hospital environment

**Hours of Work**

Must be able to work days Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. Shifts and hours may vary according to departmental requirements.
