CJ Heating Ltd is a Residential New Construction focused HVAC Company located on the surrey/ Langley border.
We are hiring for an Accounting Assistant / Administrator. This position is full time, Monday to Friday 7:00 - 3:30.
**Duties include but not limited to**:
- Data entry/ Permits
- Payroll Assistance
- Daily use of Sage Business works (drafting/ Posting invoices and posting payments)
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
**Required Experience / Abilities**:
- Minimum 2 years office administrative experience
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and self manage
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Medical Benefits after 3 month probation. Wage will be based on experience.
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Extended health care
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
