Product Handling Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Handling Specialist to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our global customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service for product orders, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct product quality control (QC) checks to maintain our high standards.
- Handle order picking, packing, and shipping with accuracy and care.
- Assist in the warehouse with inventory management and organization.
- Perform light lifting tasks (20+ lbs) as needed.
- Manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Handle delicate and high-value products with care and attention.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to build product displays or prepare items for special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years in a related role, with experience in customer service and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory software and inventory management.
- Excellent mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Comfortable with light lifting of 20+ lbs.
- Ability to handle high-value and delicate products with the utmost care.
- Experience with international shipping is a plus
- Team player with organizational skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual is an asset.

**Education**
- Secondary Education or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
