**Logistics Coordinator**

We are a Suncor/Petro-Canada petroleum product wholesaler and Petro-Pass card lock agent operating in several locations thr oughout northern and southern Manitoba. We are currently seeking for energetic, responsible and motivated logistics coordinator to join our team based out of our Winnipeg location.

JOB TYPE:

- Full Time

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous fuel experience is considered an asset
- Time management and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fleet management
- Class 1 or 3 license considered an asset

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedules delivery assignments for Winnipeg-based fuel truck drivers in time-efficient manner
- Make every effort to optimize the efficiency of daily fuel deliveries
- Demonstrates 24-hr availability by responding to after hour calls; contacts appropriate personnel and escalates an issue to management when necessary
- Coordinates and manages all required truck repairs and issues appropriate purchase orders for the repair and maintenance work
- Liaises with management and service provider to determine appropriate cost of repairs; requests quotes from service providers when deemed necessary
- Maintains and develops a good relationship with existing and potential customers and company suppliers
