Position Highlights:

- Full-time, Year-Round Employment
- Straight Days Shifts (Monday-Friday - No Weekends)
- Flexible Daily Hours (5-9 hours/day, depending on workload)
- Work On-Site Throughout Chatham-Kent

- Job Site Set-up - Efficient setup and material organization
- Installations - Fit and seal window and doors with precision
- Finish Work - Interior/exterior trim & detailing
- Cleanup - Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Teamwork - Communicate clearly and professionally on-site
- Time Management - Stay on schedule and deliver quality work
