**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Siding Installer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to beautify homes and create lasting impressions for our valued customers. Working alongside our skilled team of professionals, you will grow your skills in the completion of exterior improvement projects. You will be expected to assist in carrying out siding and exterior clad covering installations, exterior door and window replacements, aluminum work, as well as some deck, fence and small building construction.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of High School, achieving an OSSD.
- **Previous experience in siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough installation**.
- **Current Working at Heights Certification**.
- Must be comfortable working at typical residential heights.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, always punctual and dedicated to meeting project deadlines.
- Confidence operating power tools such as tables saws, circular saws, hand grinders, power drills, etc.
