The Opportunity:
Shack Shine is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join our growing team As part of the Franchise Operations department, you will be responsible for project leadership and business process improvement across our technology platforms.

Shack Shine is an exciting, fast growing house detailing franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We’re looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join our rockstar team to support with building and enchancing our current technology platforms, while support the future of our digital customer experience.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 50% of time.

A Day in the Life:
- Support the development and managment of our technology platforms, including Salesforce, Drupal and field applicaitons.
- Develop, reinforce and optimize key workflows and business processes across primary technology platforms (CRM, FSM, BI and Customer Contact)
- Process map all relevant business workflows on going with a view to creating and maintain a process inventory to accompany all job aids, playbooks and operations manuals
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the customer and end-user to ensure innovation and value are optimized
- Guide‌ ‌the‌ ‌business‌ ‌through‌ ‌product‌ ‌innovation,‌ ‌prototype,‌ ‌validation,‌ ‌and‌ ‌development‌ ‌
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams and provide regular feedback and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Collect and analyze data from all available sources to support business priorities and decisions, and champion data-driven decision making with the business
- Ensure new standards and tools are evolved and trained out to other teams
- Ensure change management is supported and executed for all implementations and programs

What You Bring to the Table:

- Strong cross-funtional communicator who seeks first to understand then to act
- Analytical disposition
- Strong excel skills
- Salesforce experience
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Create technical documentation.
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OO
