**ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE**
- The Technology Delivery Infrastructure Analyst applies technical and operational knowledge to deliver effective IT Services that meet the day to day needs of Diversicare Canada Management Services Co., Inc and DCMS Realty.
- The Technology Delivery Infrastructure Analyst provides Microsoft cloud services, WIFI, network/firewall and desktop expertise to special projects and enterprise rollouts. He/she works closely with other Information Technology team members that set implementation procedures and standards.
- The Technology Delivery Infrastructure Analyst travels extensively to perform onsite support (if needed), rollout activities, site surveys, document business requirements from business representatives, vendors, as appropriate and status reporting as determined by the Project Team. He/She also works closely with the outsourced Helpdesk as an escalation point for break/fix type issues.
- Reporting to the National Director of Information Technology, you will work with Project Team for implementations/rollouts, documentation and post rollout support.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Ensuring the continual functioning, reliability, and optimal performance of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365 and data networks)
- Perform network administration on firewalls, routers, switches, etc
- Ensuring operational effectiveness through end user adoption/training of new technologies
- Troubleshooting and providing relevant level II support and assistance to Service Desk
- Responds to alerts and action or escalate as required to vendors/service providers
- Maintain technical documentation for systems
- Helps departments use technology profitably
- Adheres to change control procedures
- Participate in knowledge transfer to Service Desk staff and Internal IT Team
- Participate in a on-call rotation and respond to outages related to server and network infrastructure
- Willingness to travel within the GTA to remote sites extensively (up to 80%)
- Some travel across Canada will be required
**GENERAL**
- Complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, and Workplace Hazardous Material Information System. This includes recognizing health and safety hazards, reporting incidents, fulfilling responsibilities under the applicable legislation, as well as participating in in-services and fire drills.
- Complies with all corporate policies and procedures.
- Completes all required mandatory training/education.
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in a related technology discipline, OR a two/three-year college diploma in a related technology discipline and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related technology discipline
