Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with TuxMat’s business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning.
- Talent Management: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into our company culture.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, implement conflict resolution practices, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Performance Management: Design, execute, and monitor performance management programs to encourage productivity and goal achievement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Training & Development: Identify development needs and provide training programs to help employees grow professionally and personally.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligning with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
