Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking concepts, Cybersecurity best practices
- Experience documenting issues, solutions, and best practices in a helpdesk system
- Proficient critical thinking, decision making and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Proficient relationship building skills and ability to collaborate with external vendors
- Proficient communications skills (oral, written, presentation, facilitation)
- Proficient understanding of compliance and privacy requirements
- Working knowledge and understanding of business and operational risk management best practices, and associated control processes and procedures.
