**Location - **North Campus and Enterprise Square. This role is eligible for the Work from Home Program and will be a hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

**Department Summary**

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our dynamic HR Service Partnership team. Under the leadership of a Senior Human Resources Partner (SHRP), the HR Associate (HRA) will work alongside HR Partners and Shared Services to provide HR generalist services. This role will provide consultative services on uncomplex employee/labour relations matters, support HR operations in collaboration with Shared Services, and works with the HR CoEs to implement HR programs and initiatives.

**Duties**

**1. Human Resources Operations**:

- Support departments/faculties in HR Operations in collaboration with the Shared Services.
- Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to the Senior HR Partner.
- Communicate proactively with Finance and HR Partners to address emerging issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate employment, benefits and payroll-related issues to Shared Services for various employee types and support staff, graduate assistants, academic teaching staff, casual appointments, and temporary appointments.
- Participate in assigned projects, committees, and cohorts.

**2. Talent Acquisition**:

- Provide advice and support for end-to-end recruitment process working with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of tenure-track faculty positions.
- Support duty to accommodate and recall processes in collaboration with Shared Services.
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees, providing necessary tools and resources.
- Coordinate non-Canadian hires and support relocation pr
