**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager of the Social Work Department, the General Office Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Social Work Department.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- High School Graduation with completion of a recognized office procedure/secretarial course is required
- Graduate from an approved Medical Terminology course required
- Related hospital exposure in an applicable setting preferred
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player
- Previous work attendance may be considered
- An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered for this position
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent Part-Time 20%; 14 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.09 - $21.90 hourly
