**_(Replacement Temporary, Full-Time)_**:
Located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, West Vancouver is a vibrant community on the North Shore and home to parks, beaches, and to sports, recreation and arts amenities. Reporting to the Clerk IV, this position will be responsible for:
- Receptionist and central switchboard operation;
- Schedules all courier requests for Municipal Hall;
- Receives, sorts and distributes external and internal mail and deliveries;
- Department filing and record maintenance, supply ordering;
- Posting and balancing a wide variety of receipts and preparing bank drafts;
- Providing basic information pertaining to departmental functions, such a property taxation, utilities, and accounts receivable; and,
- Performing other related work as required.
Position Status:
WVMEA (Union) - Replacement, Temporary, Full-Time
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary)
Rate of Pay:
$29.06 per hour

11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025.
