**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Caretaking Supervisor**, you’ll lead by example and ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and up to Edon’s standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Supervising and supporting** a team of caretakers, providing training and hands-on help when needed.
- **Ensuring quality** through regular walkthroughs and prompt responses to urgent cleaning or client requests.
- **Handling scheduling, staffing, and documentation** in coordination with the operations team.
- **Building strong client relationships** and being their go-to contact for caretaking services.
- **Maintaining supplies, cleanliness, and order** in storage areas and ensuring proper building security.
- ** Provide back-up suppor**t in cases of unscheduled cleaner absences

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of cleaning experience in a working supervisory role
- Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
- Excellent knowledge of custodial practices
- Excellent knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and technologies
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Owns a vehicle to drive between sites
