We are seeking a full-time, permanent 3rd Party Business Manager to join our team at our head office in Guelph, ON Not in Guelph, but still interested? We are open to anyone within Ontario who is within close commuting distance to one of our clinics with some travel to head office as needed.

**What it’s all about**:
As a Third Party Manager, you will be focused on developing a comprehensive strategy to capture potential revenue through new and existing agreements. You have a keen eye for finding efficiencies in optimizing our third party processes, tracking and billing opportunities to support the business. This role will support the overall sales and operations of our clinics at HearCANADA.

**What you will do**:

- Be knowledgeable in best practices for all regional and national third-party contracts with comprehensive understanding of Ontario-based third parties
- Identify opportunities to optimize clinic third party processes & billings
- Partner with sales & operations, marketing, and finance teams to meet performance objectives
- Troubleshoot third party-related issues with our clinics and provide proactive solutions to support billing portals & access as well as under/overpayments
- Determine potential risks to business and escalate as required to Operations team
- Collaborate and coach clinic teams to establish new age standards of practice

**What we are looking for**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations (hearing industry a strong asset)
- Experience with claims regulatory requirements (ADP, WSIB, ODSP, etc)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customer and other stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively deliver information to all levels of business (peers, business leaders, suppliers, customers, etc)
- Ability to interpret financial statements, operations reports, retail KPIs, etc.
