Wilride Transport Ltd. based in Guelph, ON is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Experienced third party Logistic/Dispatcher, to expand our growing sales team.

The Third Party Logistics Dispatcher is committed to achieving optimal levels of service engagement between our Carrier Partners, our Customers and Wilride Sales Team. This role is responsible for evaluating carrier options and arranging the movement and sale of freight (both FTL & LTL) for our customers, ensuring service quality metrics are achieved to support both customer and Wilride expectations. Total customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal and our team works to link communication, solution and action between all parties.

If you are highly motivated, a self-producer, are customer service orientated and have experience in transportation sales, your exactly who we’re looking for.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Sell the complete service offerings of Wilride Transport Ltd.
- Develop existing and new customer relationships
- Ensure expected margin profitability

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience selling truckload & less than truckload services in a high volume/high paced brokerage setting is a requirement
- Possesses exceptional negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and energetic
- Excels in fast pace environment
- Proven track record of sales success
