JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support project managers in planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
- Assist in creating project schedules and timelines using
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft software for project documentation and bidding processes.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
- Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and potential risks.

**Requirements**:

- Must have graduated a Tech school or university with back ground in construction, i.e. Engineering, Engineering drafting and design Arch. Tech etc. civil tech
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques.
- Experience or familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
