*Job Overview*

*Duties and Responsibilities*
- Climbing telecommuncation towers and working at heights.
- Interpret and follow construction plans and diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Assemble and install communication tower sections and associated equipment such as antennas, transmission lines, and power sources.
- Conduct tower inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and maintenance requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and upgrades to communication towers and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations while working at heights and using heavy equipment
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals on time and to meet customers specifications.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Supervisors, and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to all industry safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and driving record
- Ability to climb and work at heights while carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Safety conscious, a positive attitude and great work ethic.
