We are looking for an experienced **Tower Rigger** for one of our clients located in **Cambridge**. The company is in the business of Telecommunication services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper inspection and use of personal safety equipment.
- Install various antenna and transmission lines along with ancillary equipment on communication structures.
- Identifies and selects cables, ropes, blocks, and tackle by weight and size of load to be moved.
- Responsible for aligning antennas, installing hangers, hoisting grips, tower grounding, and installing tower reinforcing steel.
- Tower climbing on telecommunication towers at heights up to 100 meters (325 feet).
- Remove, install, and repair various types and sizes of transmission lines including Fiber, Coaxial, and DC power.
- Utilize winches and capstan for lifting materials into place on the tower as required.
- Install pinwheels, structural steel, cable tray, conduits, antenna mounts, antennas, transmission lines, and ancillary equipment on communication towers.
- Perform plumb and tension on guyed structures.
- Adjusting antennas on the tower with the correct azimuth and tilts.
- Perform Microwave antenna installation and alignment.
- Wave-guide bridge installation for transmission lines.
- Installation of Ice Guards on towers to protect MW antennas.
- Conduct inventory inspections and sort received materials on site.
- Work safely on towers incorporating 100% tie-off - fall protection practices.
- Anti-climbs and fall arrest systems.
- Lighting systems and Grounding systems.

**Shift**: All 3 shifts (8-10 hours)

**Pay Rate**: $20/hr (more depending on experience)
