**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through data-driven digital strategies. You will lead website content, performance marketing activities, SEO, social media, and automation, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to accelerate growth. This individual should be passionate about driving results and enhancing brand awareness in the fintech industry.
**Website Content & Optimization**
- Create and manage website content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices, brand messaging, and user engagement goals.
- Support website design by working closely with web developers and designers to improve UI/UX, layout, and accessibility.
- Ensure the website follows SEO best practices, optimizing for keywords, meta descriptions, and structured data.
- Monitor website performance, resolving content issues, and broken links, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Work alongside web developers to implement updates, enhancements, and fixes to maintain a high-performing website.
- Ensure the website meets accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) for an inclusive user experience.
**Performance Marketing & Demand Generation**
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value fintech and enterprise clients.
- Manage PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns, optimizing performance for CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Allocate and monitor ad spend and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign efficiency.
**SEO & Content Marketing Support**
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings for web and blog content
- Work with the Content Strategist to support the creation of videos, GIFs, carousels, infographic blogs etc tailored to financial services and targeted audiences.
**Social Media & Content Support (LinkedIn Focused)**
- Develop and manage VoPay’s LinkedIn strategy, creating engaging, thought-provoking content that positions VoPay as a fintech leader.
- Write and schedule organic LinkedIn posts, including company news, events, industry insights, product updates, and partner collaborations.
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement, respond to comments, engage with industry influencers, and track social performance.
- Leverage LinkedIn Analytics to measure engagement and optimize content strategy.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to segment and personalize outreach..
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, CASL guidelines).
**Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of digital marketing experience** in B2B fintech, SaaS, or payment technology.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
- Strong expertise in campaign management, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience managing lead generation, pipeline growth, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Ahrefs, Jira, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze, report, and optimize campaign performance.
**Compensation Range**_$75- $85k per year_
**Note**: This is a full-time, on-site position at our Vancouver, BC headquarters.
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
